Why not treat yourself to an evening of fun tasting, creating & blending your own Gin recipe.
Guests will be welcomed to a drink on arrival. Once seated, you’ll then learn how to blend a selection of Darwin Distilling Co. unique botanicals to create four gin tastings.
Once you have mastered the art and picked your favourite we will blend a 500ml bottle of your own signature gin to take home and enjoy.

For an unforgettable touch, join our exclusive gin blending masterclass - a fun, hands-on journey where you and your partner can create your very own gin. Mix, taste, and refine your unique blend, then take home a personalized 500ml bottle to cherish together.
Tickets start at just $89 per person for the 4-course set menu, or $398 per couple for the full experience, including the gin masterclass and dinner.
Choose from two dinner sittings at 5:45pm or 8:15pm. If you join the masterclass, it kicks off at 6pm, followed by dinner at 8:15pm.
